Waiting list email rules + expiration

We often receive multiple Waitlist bookings from the same customer trying to book different accommodations on the same retreat which are all on the waiting list. We have created an email sequence for customers on the waiting list. However, each booking is treated independently on BL so the customer receives the same emails as many times as the number of their multiple pending bookings. On top of that, when the customer finalizes one of the bookings, they still keep receiving the waiting list email sequence which confuses them. And the pending bookings remain on the waitlist forever until manually deleted.
We need better email rules that can check if more bookings with the same name have been placed on the waiting list (Pending) or finalized (Deposit Paid / Paid) before sending out emails. Plus, we recommend adding an expiry date for the waiting list the same way as a pending booking, after which the booking is cancelled.
