Separate Button for Travel Information in Web Check-in

We outsource the Airport and other guest transfers and need to collect guests' flight details at least 48 hours before arrival to meet our contractual agreement with the transport company. In the Guest Portal, it would be helpful to have the option to separate the Travel/Arrival Information from the Web Check-in. At the moment, we manage guest travel information with a custom 'reminder' email and collect the details in a form on our website. We'd prefer to have all guest information in the Booking Layer system if possible. Web-Check-in happens on the day of arrival, so it is too late to collect travel information.

Hi Kris,

The purpose of the web check-in is to collect details from guests, such as arrival information, before their arrival. Is there any specific reason you ask customers to complete the web check-in on the day of arrival? Usually, our customers already send the link to the web check-in when the booking is confirmed and reminders a week or couple of weeks in advanced if the arrival details haven't been provided.

You can see an example of how this can be supported with email automation on the following article.
