Selecting participants booking activities

Hi, if you add an activity via the calender, selecting a number of pax and quantity (see screenshot), you have to select after that every participant as a guest. Bookinglayer selects by default the first guest for every participant. So if you don´t select every participant, Bookinglayer books the activity for example 7 times for the first guest. Especially if we have big groups booking activities, it is a hassle to select all the different participants. It would make more sense if Bookinglayer selects by default a different guest for every participant? I hope you understand my suggestion!

Hi Judith,

Thank you for your suggestion. We are working on a new Backoffice booking flow that will include the option to select all guests (and easily deselect) when adding a new item to a booking. This will be possible from the booking's page and won't require "adding via calendar" anymore. Please find a glimpse of this upcoming feature in the attachment below.
