Search Actually Displays Guest Searched For (Rather than booker name)

When we search for a guest it brings up the booker name relating to the booking and we have to open that booking to see if the guest we are searching for is actually on that booking. This is tricky.
Can we have a search that works and brings up the actual guest name - more like how guests are listed on arrivals page etc
