Scroll and agree to Terms and Conditions before payment

I faced a credit card dispute from one of my bookers. I believe this could have been avoided if the booker was required to read and agree to the Terms & Conditions before completing their payment.
I am requesting a feature that forces bookers to scroll through the Terms & Conditions and sign off the document before proceeding to payment.
This request is intended to provide better legal coverage for us in case of future disputes.

Thank you for your suggestion. The required agreements can already be set, which the bookers need to check and agree on before they proceed to the payment.
