Payments - Reports

Hello guys, all good? Im doing the end of the year Finance and really appreciated that the payments reports include a filter that you can choose ''accommodation'' or ''non accommodation''. I really try to separate both businesses and since I sell the Surf Camp in one side and the Surf School on another side, making that separation is very crucial in the finance department. If all reports and statistics could have separation option would make things so much easier. Thank you, David Moore

Abillity to show showing fully booked rooms without offering the waitlist

I would love the ability to showcase room options even if fully booked rather than toggle off the ability to see them. currently the waitlist option creates more confusion and manual management so we have decided ot toggle off. It would be great to let customers see options for next time otherwise they might think we only have 'shared rooms' when actually we have massive private suites too but they cant see that

Booking an activity on Sunday, shows previous unavailable dates. But not future available dates :(

As a customer I want to make a booking for a few days in the future. If I'm making this booking on a Sunday(for an activity next week), the calendar shows all previous dates that are not selectable anymore. The calendar should always start on Today (not on a Monday), a customer doesn't need to see the past. They need to see the future possible options they can choose. And the slider should be there to just see further in the future. I wanted to add a picture, but the button to add is not working

Location names distinction between frontoffice and backoffice names

Currently the location name we use for the backoffice is the same as for frontoffice. We added a prefix to our location names to indicate the country (i.e. (FR) for france). While this makes it very well organised in our backoffice dropdown menus such as in the calendar, it looks sloppy when using this location name in for example an automated email. Having a frontoffice name and a backoffice name makes it cleaner on both end.

Booking Due

I've had now a Group of 20 People, added the split payment so every guest can pay what's left and what they consumed here at the camp. Now when I check the Planning Overview "Departure" there's the line "Booking Due". So each guest has the total of the booking due, but not guest by guest. It would be so much easier for a check-out to have the overview guest by guest, especially if it's a group booking.

Gift card improvements

1. Move gift card validity setting to a product level, instead of general settings, to be able to set different validity for each specific gift card. Also, to have an option, besides years, to set a particular expiry date of the gift card. 2. Have the option to “resend“ a gift card to the booker, in case the gift card details (such as expiry date or code) have been edited in the meantime.

Day Tag

It would be helpful to have a tag to add to the automated emails to include the day of week and date for arrival & departure tags ie: Monday July 6th 2026

Seperating location in the guests/diets page

in the guest section and diet section there are many filters but i don't seem to be able to filter via location, we have three locations, so would be great to be have the ability to filter them accordingly

Activites with variants in Booking Engine/Activity Calendar

Please make it possible to add activities with variants to the booking engine/activity calender. We offer activities without accommondation and they all have variants, but I do not need to sell them as in a package.
