Gift card improvements

1. Move gift card validity setting to a product level, instead of general settings, to be able to set different validity for each specific gift card. Also, to have an option, besides years, to set a particular expiry date of the gift card. 2. Have the option to “resend“ a gift card to the booker, in case the gift card details (such as expiry date or code) have been edited in the meantime.

Day Tag

Seperating location in the guests/diets page

in the guest section and diet section there are many filters but i don't seem to be able to filter via location, we have three locations, so would be great to be have the ability to filter them accordingly

Activites with variants in Booking Engine/Activity Calendar

Please make it possible to add activities with variants to the booking engine/activity calender. We offer activities without accommondation and they all have variants, but I do not need to sell them as in a package.

Always include 100% of any donation in a payment

Open

As a charity we rely heavily on donations. We also offer free sessions of meditation and loving kindness for which we include donations as an optional item in the booking process. Since we have set the Deposit to Flexible Percentages of 50 or 100% payment, the booker has to choose one of the two even when making a donation as part of this free meditation booking. It would make sense if donations would be included for 100% in the payment of any booking and overrule any deposit percentage set. That has the added advantage that when cancelling a booking of for example an activity, accommodation and a donation and applying a cancellation fee, the donation is not included in the monies that have to be given back to the booker...

Improved housekeeping

It would be super helpful to have the cleaning / housekeeping module a bit more advanced. Eg: being able to make notes, which days the cleaner is coming, which days bedsheets should be changed for longer stays. Also a function to see which rooms are cleaned / which are dirty. Our cleaner does not come every day, so this would be super helpful to see easily which rooms are ready or not.

Separate content area cross-selling vs base items

It is not possible to add different texts with custom content in the Booking engine which appears in the frontoffice for cross-selling or base items. If you add a custom content above package items, it appears above the base items AND the cross-selling items. This is not helpfull if you want to explain to your guests that the base items are included by default and that in the next step they can choose extra items.

Add '50 days away' and '45?ull'

We rely on seeing how many days away a course date is alongside the % of spaces filled (e.g., 57 days out, 50% full) to plan our marketing and sales activity. This helps us know when to increase promotion, when demand is strong, and where to focus effort and strategy. This is hopefully a relatively simple enhancement, but it would be business-critical for us and genuinely helpful for many others using the system.

Automated Emails to Filtered Group by Dates

We would like to send automated emails to a specific group of people based on when they attend the retreat (date). Right now it is only possible to filter by package, not by the multiple dates that each package includes.
