Opening booking lines on-click on Fixed Package Bookings rows

On Fixed Package Bookings would be much more practical to open booking lines by on-click on the rows instead of perform 2 clicks to a small button on the right of the row and "show booking lines" later. It doesn't perform any action now on-click on the rows right-now.
