Note left by booker in guest list

If would be super helpful to include the "notes left by booker" into the guest list. Otherwise I have to doublecheck all the bookings to not miss a note left by booker when creating the guestlist.

Hi there,
Now you can see the booker's notes displayed in the booking list. You can do so by adding a booker's notes column and/or by filtering the bookings by the booker's notes.
