Minimum Booking Notice (Airbnb "preparation time")

We would love to have a setting that limits the booking window of a package (or item) before the (recurring) start date. So if a course begins on 10 Jan and we want a minimum 7-day notice, the latest customers can book it is 3 Jan. On 4 Jan they cannot book that date anymore. We only need this for a specific retreat (package) as the teacher needs some "preparation time" (I think that's how they call it on Airbnb). It could apply to a specific item or service present in that package too, though.
