Make Tags useable for the subject line in mails or pdfs

It would be helpful to be able to use the tags also in the subject line f.e. the tag"Booking ID" in the subject like this "Here is your confirmation for the booking XXXX-XXXX" or "Invoice Nr. XXX" as some parnters of us request that.
