Link accomodations for automatic block

Hi there,
we have different packages. In one package a guest can book room R1, or room R2 in a house H. In another package a guest can book the whole house H.
Could you link House H to Room R1 and R2. So that if house H is booked, R1 and R2 are automatically blocked and vice versa: When R1 or R2 are booked, House H will be blocked?
