Have a booking field with radio + text (f.e. "Others"________)

It would be great to have a mixed option for the cutom booking fields f.e. for the radio option combined with text which would be usefull if we ask for food allergies we give them thee options to select from, but if the have others they can fill it out themself, like this:
O Lactose Intolerant
O Gluten Intolerant
O Other: ______________________
We would have more fields where this would make sense for us to have.
