Guest transfer info - arrival & departure location options according to booking location

At the moment, when adding the transfer details, all arrival&departure locations are displayed in the Backoffice or Web Check-in

Ideal situation would be that only the arrival&departure locations that correspond to the booking's location are displayed.

Would be also nice to be able to deactivate / block the form X days before the arrival date, so the customers can't update the info last minute previous to their arrival. Maybe swap it for a "contact us" button.
