Expand Mailchimp integration

Currently, the Mailchimp integrations is quite limited, so we have to use Zapier, resulting in thousands of Zap runs per month and high bills. It would be great if you could enhance the integration to handle the following events (already mapped in Zapier):
- new booking
- cancelled booking
- updated booking or booker/guest information
- custom fields
- incomplete bookings (not resulting in paid or deposit paid)
All of these with support for Mailchimp Tags, the feature that we are missing the most.
