Exclude days of the week but not block the dates

We would like to have an option to be able to exclude some days for the services. For example we provide dinner every day, but every Sunday we have instead of dinner BBQ at The beach, and that is a different activity. So then every time we have to delete dinner from guest's schedule not to have dinner and BBQ at the same time.
