Custom Triggers with Fixed Dates for automated emails (e.g. for Birthdays and Seasonal Informations)

It would be incredibly helpful to have the ability to create custom triggers based on fixed calendar dates, rather than just user behavior or relative timing.

For example, scheduling an email to go out on December 24th every year—perfect for Christmas greetings or other seasonal campaigns—would make customer relationships much easier.

This feature could also support things like local holidays, company anniversaries, or time-sensitive promotions.

Would love to see this added—definitely a game-changer for long-term planning!
