The we check-in and flight info are the first 2 options, although neither can be accessed until the payment has been made. The payment option is the 3rd option, so maybe this should be the first option?

Hi Tom,
In Settings > Customer Portal you will now find a tab Navigation and Pages (previous Custom Pages). Here, you will see listed all the pages of the Customer Portal, including build-in and custom pages. Now, you're able to move them around and change the order as preferred.
