Booking an activity on Sunday, shows previous unavailable dates. But not future available dates :(

As a customer I want to make a booking for a few days in the future. If I'm making this booking on a Sunday(for an activity next week), the calendar shows all previous dates that are not selectable anymore.
The calendar should always start on Today (not on a Monday), a customer doesn't need to see the past. They need to see the future possible options they can choose.
And the slider should be there to just see further in the future.
