Blocking Rooms affect Occupancy

Because of some Room Availability customization limitations across different Packages, we've had to make duplicate accommodations that are available at different times for different packages. However, this lowers the Occupancy Rates, so they are never accurate. It would be great if blocking these duplicate rooms would change our Occupancy.
