Ability to send a custom report based on new reservations

We run many trips for organizations where their trip leaders would like a report when a new reservation occurs or someone cancels. We can set them up with a custom report fairly easily, however, they may get the same information over and over again, when they are only interested when a trip has new sign ups. I guess to refine my request, the ability to trigger a report on a set frequency only when a booking status changes.

A
